im afraid, that even tho it works, it's not portable, you open it and when it's extracting it's installing, so:

@Belakorr It actually acts portable by extracting itself and starting the game, then after you exit the files will automatically delete.

This is the best portable version of CS I played with,
because it does not show fatal error frequently and it contains many maps
